ABOUT
I’m Kericia, a disabled veteran, advocate, and now the proud creator of the Veteran Women Formation Podcast. Like many others, my journey didn’t end when I left active duty. In fact, that’s when the real battle began—a battle for visibility, healing, and truth.
I spent years watching stories of male veterans dominate the spotlight while stories like mine were left out. Not because we didn’t serve with strength and honor but because we were silenced by systems, by trauma, and by society.
And yet, we showed up. We carried our country and our wounds with grace.
So, I created this platform to make sure we are silent no more.

Veteran Women Formation exists to:
· Uplift the unheard stories of women who served in all military branches.
· Create community among Disabled Veteran Women, Caregivers, Active-Duty Sisters, and Veteran Supporters.
· Speak truth to power about our trauma, our triumphs, and everything in between.
· Advocate for awareness and justice on issues like PTSD, homelessness, sexual trauma, and transitioning after service
This isn’t just about a podcast. It’s about reclaiming our space in the narrative of American service.
We welcome all women connected to the military, including:
· Veteran Women from the
Army, Marines, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard
Active Duty | Reserves | National Guard
· Disabled Veteran Women navigating the healing journey
· Caregivers supporting loved ones through recovery
· Homeless Veteran Women seeking a path to stability
· Women still serving who are hungry for connection and truth
· Allies and advocates who support our mission
You don’t have to check a particular box to belong here.
If you care about the voices of women in uniform, you’re one of us.

· Because we’ve been silenced for too long.
· Because trauma festers in the dark, and healing begins with light
· Because trauma festers in the dark, and healing begins with light
· Because one voice becomes a ripple. And a chorus of voices? That’s a movement.
We don’t speak out to shame or blame. We speak out to reclaim our stories, build community, and bring visibility to the brave women who’ve served this country, not just in combat but also in resilience, caregiving, and survival.
· A world where no Veteran Woman feels invisible
· A community that’s honest about the realities of military service
· A safe space for truth, healing, and transformation
· A future where our stories are documented, valued and remembered
This is just the beginning of what we’re building, and we want you to be a part of it.
Whether you’re here to listen, share, learn, or lend your support… thank you.

Together, we rise.
Together, we speak.
Together, we are heard.
