Lifting Every Voice. Honoring Every Story.
At Veteran Women Formation, our work goes beyond the mic. Our podcast is our anchor, but our mission is much broader. We want to connect, support, and advocate for women veterans from every branch and background. This is especially important for those adjusting to life after service with few resources or recognition.
Below are our core programs and advocacy campaigns. Each aims to spread the truth, foster healing, and unite women who have served and those who support us.
Our flagship program is the Veteran Women Formation Podcast, where we speak truth to power, one story at a time.
We cover topics that are often ignored or misunderstood:
· Military Sexual Trauma (MST)
· PTSD and invisible wounds
· Homelessness and housing insecurity
· Re-entry into civilian life
· Military Motherhood, caregiving, and identity shifts
· Race, gender, and intersectionality in the military We don’t sugarcoat. We don’t filter. We let Veteran Women tell it like it is, with courage, honesty, and love.
Listen, subscribe, and share because when you amplify one voice, you uplift many.

Sexual assault and harassment remain rampant in military culture. This campaign highlights voices that people have ignored, dismissed, or hidden.
We provide virtual support groups, share resources, and tell stories through podcasts, helping survivors reclaim their narratives.
We’re not here to retraumatize; we’re here to validate, support, and take action.
You are welcome here if you’re ready to speak or need a safe space to listen.
Too many women who served are now without a safe place to sleep.
We advocate for:
· Increased housing support through partnerships with local shelters
· Emergency resource guides for Veteran Women in transition
· Public education campaigns to shift the narrative around female veteran
homelessness
If you’re facing housing insecurity, you are not alone. We’re building a network of support and a stronger safety net for the sisters who need it most.

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder doesn’t always look like it does in the movies. For women, it can show up differently and often goes undiagnosed or untreated.
We offer:
· Candid conversations with therapists and veteran peers
· Access to trusted mental health resources
· Stories that reduce stigma and promote healing
You don’t have to “be tough” all the time. You deserve help. You deserve peace.
Whether you’re a military mom, the partner of a wounded vet, or a daughter caring for a disabled parent, we see you.
Our caregiver support network offers tools, support, and emotional help for those working behind the scenes.
Because caregiving is a service, too, and you deserve support, just like the person you’re caring for.

Coming Soon!
We’re developing online spaces for:
· Creative expression (journaling, poetry, spoken word)
· Healing conversations (on grief, trauma, faith, and resilience)
· Leadership development (for women ready to step into advocacy roles)
Stay tuned as we roll out more opportunities to connect, learn, and grow wherever you are.

We don’t do this alone, and neither should you.
If we can’t help directly, we’ll connect you with someone who can. We have strong connections with other Veteran Women groups and service providers nationwide.
Whether it’s housing, health, or healing, we’ll help you find the path forward.
We’re stronger together.
Here are ways to support the movement:
· Share Your Story – Want to be a podcast guest? Let’s talk.
· Join Our Campaigns – Stand with #MeTooVeteranWomen or help raise awareness.
· Volunteer – Help us manage outreach, events, or peer support groups.
No matter how you show up, you are part of the mission.

We build our services on trust, truth, and transformation. This isn’t just a support space;
it’s a movement to restore dignity, honor, sacrifice, and build a legacy.
